Boiling of eggs for longer time for making any egg curry or egg masala dish is always recommended by a lot of chefs. Boiling eggs properly makes them free from any risk of disease. Coriander leaves and other veggies can be used as needed to make it look more pleasing. Do not forget to add proper amount of garlic paste for better taste. Onions, Jeera and little salt will bring in all the tasty wonders in one dish.
